CENTRAL HEATING AND COOLING PLANT
During the expansion and modernization of the sites of Vetter, an international specialist in the production of aseptically pre-filled injection systems such as syringes, cartridges and vials, we took over the design of the heating and cooling center and the steam center.
Cold and heat is required for the processes for the production of aseptic agents as well as for the office and laboratory rooms. The new building at the Mariatal site also features a refrigeration center for packaging and visual inspection.

- 2,000 kW Transfer station for distribution to the grid
- 3 cooling generators with 1,400 kW cooling capacity
- 2 heat exchangers with 2,600 kW each for distribution to the grid
- Connection of on-site heating and cooling ceilings for offices and laboratories
Heating system
- 2 heat pumps fed by geothermal energy
- 2 peak load boilers with 1,200 kW and 600 kW heat output
- BHKW with 240 kW electrical output

- Bosch steam boiler
