Training at the Alois Müller Group:
Our well-founded vocational training policy is our future-oriented approach to ensuring a highly skilled future staff. We provide solid training in the heating, plumbing and air conditioning area at our in-house training workshop in Ungerhausen, close to Memmingen, Germany. Most of the graduates are then hired for a permanent position.
We place great value on the continuous training and professional development of our employees, whether in the business or commercial area. Our in-house Energy Academy, founded in 2009, offers exactly the right platform for this. Shortage of skilled workers? Our answer: creating development opportunities!
