Combined heat and power plants
CHP plants are particularly well suited to buildings that have a year-round and simultaneous need for a great deal of electricity, heat and cooling. In addition, the supply from the combined heat and power plant conserves resources thanks to the high overall efficiency.
The prerequisite for high efficiency is that the combined heat and power plant runs around the clock and ideally never shuts down. For this purpose, a combined heat and power plant requires corresponding maintenance. This includes the correct maintenance intervals and, after a corresponding period of operation, a complete professional overhaul.
