Renovation energy center

At the KWA Parkstift Rosenau in Constance, the heat supply system with distribution and hot water preparation was refurbished. For this purpose, the old systems in the energy center were dismantled in order to install the new heat supply technology. For the hot water preparation, 3 substations with fresh water stations and buffer storage tanks were installed.

Disassembly:

• 1 CHP with 80 kW
• 1 gas boiler with 1 MW
• 1 oil boiler with 1.4 MW

Assembly:

• 1 gas condensing boiler with 1.3 MW
• 1 pellet boiler with 0,4 MW
• 4 buffer storage tanks a 3000 l
• 60 m³ pellet storage

• 4 fresh water station
• 2 Buffer tank a 1000 l

Substation 2

• 4 fresh water station
• 2 Buffer tank a 1000 l

Substation 3

• 2 fresh water station
• 1 buffer tank a 1000 l
