Scheithauer-Fountain Heidelberg

In Heidelberg at Adenauerplatz, the Scheithauer fountain lets 300 litres of water per second rush down from a height of up to 10 metres. The fountain was completely renovated in 2019 and equipped with new pumps and electrical engineering.

The fountain attraction, named after the artist Rainer Scheithauer, was created in 1988 and since then impresses with its huge water fountain. The work of art is not only a popular photo spot for tourists, but also a popular place to freshen up in summer.
