Südpack Verpackungen GmbH und Co KG has created a new logistics centre in Erolzheim for storage and dispatch of its packaging solutions. With almost 15,000 square metres of space, additional capacities for storage, dispatch and the last production stage for further processing of so-called mother rolls, which are the material stock of films for the later flexible plastic packaging, have been created. The heating and cooling requirements for room temperature control and process cooling are covered exclusively by a well system with heat pump.

- Ventilation systems with a total capacity of around 106,000 m3/h
Smoke extraction logistics
- 5 plants with 14,000 m3/h each
Compressed air generation
- 3 plants with heat recovery with a total of 13 m3/min
Ventilation components
- 5,300 m² of moulded parts, air ducts and special parts were prefabricated in our own production facility in Ungerhausen – this saves time and ensures a systematic, smooth process
