Heating-Ventilation-Sanitary-Cold-Electro-MSR Technology
On behalf of the Autohaus-Reisacher Group, we realized almost all technical finishing trades for the new headquarters on 36,000 square meters for one of the most modern and innovative car dealerships in Germany. This includes not only the heating, ventilation, plumbing and refrigeration systems but also all electrical work as well as the measurement, control and regulation technology.
Within the scope of ecological responsibility, sustainability and a positive CO2 balance in all areas of building planning were always in focus. In order to meet the additional power requirement through automation and the growing relevance of electromobility, a 500 kWp photovoltaic system is installed on the roof of the workshop building, which is combined with a modularly expandable battery buffer storage. By equipping the customer and employee areas in the sales building with heating and cooling ceilings, efficient and ecological panel heating and cooling is made possible. Especially the building’s air conditioning in summer is achieved with minimal energy consumption by pumping well water.
