New development area “Neue Priel | Memmingen/Amendingen
Living close to the city in a prime location in modern new buildings with low operating costs thanks to district heating:
We implemented the energy concept for the “Neue Priel” new housing development in Memmingen. The centerpiece is our local heating network for the 38 single-family homes in the new residential area. The KfW 55 houses, which are eligible for subsidies, all have underfloor heating and electric shutters and enable sustainable living without compromising on heat and comfort.
The efficient supply concept is based on a connected and shared technical property. The heat for space heating and domestic hot water is supplied under a contracting agreement. In this way, the energy requirements of the individual houses are reduced to a minimum in line with the times.
