When employees celebrate 10, 20, 25 or even 40 years of belonging to a company, this is not only a sign of lived solidarity, but also anything but self-evident in a time of constant change and reorientation.
The Alois Müller Group honoured a total of 21 employees during the summer festival. Willi Geist has been working for the Müller company for 40 years. Thommy Fischer, Alexander Schreiner, Ulf Schreiter can look back on a quarter century. Rene Uhlig, Axel Gränke, Martin Gäble, Peter Ruppaner, Andreas Höpfl, Alexander Kuhn, Horst Fechtig, Mario Carl and Silke Knapp have been with the company for 20 years. Stefan Weidler, Maximilian Steidele, Martin Strasser, Heike Ambros, Michael Russler, Jürgen Hartmann, Heiko Tabel and Meho Arifoski celebrated their 10 years of service.
Managing Director Andreas Müller expressed his appreciation and thanks to the celebrating employees and congratulated them on a total of 375 years of service. “We have many loyal employees who have been associated with our company for a long time, mostly from their training. We are proud of this, because ultimately this is also proof of a coherent corporate culture”.
Since 1973 the Alois Müller Group has grown from a traditional family business to a medium-sized owner-managed company with more than 600 employees at ten locations and is considered a specialist in power engineering, building services (heating, ventilation, sanitary, electrical) as well as industrial plant construction.
