The trainees and students of the Alois Müller Group have recently mastered the first stage of their professional life with flying colours. Managing Director Andreas Müller and Head of Training Alexander Esters congratulated them on passing their exams at an internal absolution ceremony. Happy faces could be seen at the end of the training period. Seven trainees successfully passed their exams to become plant mechanics (sanitary engineering, heating and air-conditioning technology) or electronics technicians for power engineering and building services. All of them will be taken on and will receive an unlimited employment contract.
Daniel Ruef and Dino Markic passed their final examinations as plant mechanics (sanitary engineering, heating and air-conditioning technology). Niko Weinhart hasn’t only successfully completed his training as a plant mechanic (sanitary engineering, heating and air-conditioning technology), but has also been awarded the best examination of the Guild Memmingen-Mindelheim (SHK). As part of their dual course of study in energy systems, named “Biberacher Modell”, Tobias Jehle and Fabian Hieber have cleared the first hurdle and also completed their training as plant mechanics (sanitary engineering, heating and air-conditioning technology). Tobias Jehle received a commendation. Fabian Hieber even received a prize for his very good performance as the best examinee of the Guild of Biberach (SHK). Patrick Buchberger and Moritz Egger completed their training as electronic technicians for power engineering and building services.
“The training was very varied. We are glad that we completed it successfully and are proud that the company Müller has taken us on”, say the beaming new journeymen. Everyone agreed that the training was really fun. Because in addition to a family atmosphere and an exciting field of work, the young people also found the development opportunities important. And as far as that is concerned, the Memmingen-based family-owned company is convincing all along the line. “It is important to go through their goals for the future together with the young people, in order to be able to draw up as precise a plan as possible for their future path. Those who get involved can climb the career ladder relatively quickly and have confidence in the necessary support,” says Managing Director Andreas Müller.
