The Alois Müller Group gives a warm welcome to the 33 new trainees who started their careers on September 1.
The newcomers, their parents and the managers of the Alois Müller Group met for an orientation meeting at the Green Factory in Ungerhausen. After the welcome, the trainees and their parents were able to get a first impression of their future workplace and visit the Green Factory in small groups. In the next few weeks, the trainees will gain the necessary basic knowledge and basic skills for their future profession in the training center and the training workshop under state-of-the-art conditions, before collecting their first practical experience with customers and on construction sites.
“As an innovative family-owned company and specialist for energy engineering and building services, we offer our junior staff not only a wide range of apprenticeships and dual courses of study, but also numerous development prospects following successful completion of their training in a future-proof industry,” emphasized CEO Andreas Müller in his opening speech.
The new junior staff will be trained in the following different industrial and commercial professions: Plant mechanic SHK, electronic technician for energy and building technology, metal worker for construction technology, tile, panel and mosaic layer, technical system planner, industrial clerk and IT specialist for system integration. In addition, six trainees are completing a dual course of study in plant mechanics/Biberach model/energy engineering (Bachelor of Engineering) and marketing management (Bachelor of Arts).
“We want to give our trainees the best possible start so that they can set the first important cornerstone for a successful career,” says Alexander Esters, head of training at the Alois Müller Group.
