We would like to extend a warm welcome to our trainees, for whom a new and exciting phase in their lives began at the Alois Müller Group on 3 September 2018.
To get to know each other for the first time, managers and trainees as well as their parents gathered in the large conference room in Schlachthofstraße in Memmingen. With a lot of joy and motivation, the trainees should be introduced to their future profession.
“An investment in the future!” emphasizes Thomas Härle, Commercial Director of the Müller Group. “Highly motivated and well-trained employees make us what we are: a high-performance and reliable partner for our customers in the areas of heating, ventilation, sanitary, refrigeration, electrical and industrial plant engineering.”
A total of 15 new young people are being trained in the following apprenticeships: plant mechanic for HVAC, electronics technician for energy and building services engineering, mechatronics technician for refrigeration and air conditioning technology, metal worker for construction technology, technical system planner and industrial clerk. In addition, three trainees are completing a dual course of study in the field of plant mechanics, (Biberacher Model), energy engineering (Bachelor of Engineering) and electrical engineering, automation technology.
“The work requires well-trained personnel who act flexibly and are prepared to undergo continuous further training. The basis for this is already laid during the training period. Trainees are quickly integrated into the operational processes and gain comprehensive insight into all areas of the company,” points out Ulrich Kiechle, Authorized Signatory of Müller Service GmbH.
After the round of introductions, they went to the central training workshop of the Müller Group in Ungerhausen together with Training Manager Alexander Esters. In a great atmosphere and under the most modern conditions, the trainees learn the basic skills of their future profession before they gain practical experience with customers and on construction sites.
