Strong past – bright future

Since its founding, the Alois Müller Group has developed from a traditional family business into an innovative company for energy and building services engineering (heating, ventilation, sanitary, refrigeration, electrical) and for industrial plant engineering.

Only those who make intelligent use of technology and tackle these challenges can hope to stay competitive in future. This requires us to use technical options to optimise the required energy consumption and conserve resources. In the industrialised nations of the West, generating heat for living areas and industrial real estate accounts for the majority of energy consumption – while also offering the greatest potential for savings.

The company was founded in 1973 by Elfriede and Alois Müller and is now in its second generation in management. Steffen and Andreas Müller. Our company is 100% family-owned and owner-managed.

Relocation of the main site of the Alois Müller corporate group from Memmingen to the Green Factory in Ungerhausen

Founding of Müller Isoliertechnik GmbH

Integration of Müller Isoliertechnik GmbH as a subsidiary and renaming.

2018

Integration of HEDISA Haustechnik GmbH

Integration of HEDISA Haustechnik GmbH, a plumbing and HVAC company in Stuttgart, as a wholly owned subsidiary

2016

New location

Construction of a new location in Friedrichshafen in the new Competence Park at the airport in Friedrichshafen. This enables the family-owned company to provide even better support to its major customers at Lake Constance, not to mention that it opens up new growth markets in a booming economic area.

2015

Awards

Reception of the LEW Innovation Award
The LEW Innovation Award for Climate and Energy in 2015 went to the “Green Factory Allgäu”, our production facility and training workshop in Ungerhausen.

Marketing award for the deutsche SHK-Handwerk (German plumbing and HVAC trade)
They were looking for innovative market concepts, interesting approaches and promising new ideas for successful entrepreneurial business which offer clear customer benefits.

Expansion of the Service Center

pansion of the Service Center at our location in Memmingen with state-of-the-art workstations and a lounge area.
The Service Center attends to the different needs of our customers promptly and competently. This includes working in close collaboration to incorporate even complex project workflows into the service cycle without losing time or quality.

2014

Acquisition of Raith Bad & Wärme

Acquisition of the heating and plumbing company Raith Bad & Wärme in Ottobeuren as a wholly owned subsidiary. A specialist for high-quality baths with an extensive bath exhibit.

2013

Start of production

art of production for Müller Produktions GmbH in the Green Factory in Ungerhausen near Memmingen. The first CO2-neutral production facility for plumbing, heating and ventilation components.

2012

Integration of ECONTEC MSR GmbH

Integration of ECONTEC MSR GmbH from Buch near Illertissen as a subsidiary.
A specialist for building services engineering with process measuring and control technology.
