Production hall galvanizing plant
Refrigeration and heating
PERI GmbH, one of the largest manufacturers and suppliers of formwork and scaffolding systems, has expanded its site in Günzburg with a galvanizing plant. For the extension of the plant, the execution of the heating and cooling technology was taken over. The new galvanizing plant has been in operation since the beginning of the year. The articles are now transported directly from the welding plant to the galvanizing plant and galvanized on site, saving up to 300,000 truck kilometers a year.
Refrigeration
- Chiller 400 kW with return cooler 511 kW
- Cooling of the office, conference and server rooms via chiller
Heating
- 2 condensing boilers with 1,1 kW each
- 3 cogeneration units with an output of:
– thermal 374 kW
– electrical 240 kW - 4 buffer storage tanks with 10.000 litres each
- complete prefabrication of heating manifolds with 28 outlets on 12 m in our own production facility
