Beispiele hierfür sind ganzheitliche Systembetrachtung in Planung und Gebäudebetrieb wobei Bearbeitung von Gewerke übergreifende Qualitätsfragen. Beispiele sind die Gewerke übergreifende Vernetzung durch Gebäudeautomation, die Evolution von Fassaden von passiven zum aktiven Bauelement, optimierte Betriebsführungskonzepte, usw.
