Start of training at the Alois Müller Group
The new training year at the Alois Müller Group has begun: A total of 25 new trainees started their careers on September 1.
Full of anticipation, the career starters, their parents and the executives of the Alois Müller Group came together for a first meeting at the Green Factory in Ungerhausen. Afterwards, the trainees and their parents were given a tour of the Green Factory. There, in the first few weeks, the junior employees are taught sound fundamentals and valuable basic knowledge in the training workshop and the training center. Complex tasks can thus be mastered successfully at an early stage of training.
“In times of a shortage of skilled workers, we are particularly pleased to welcome so many new junior employees to our company. After all, attracting well-trained and motivated junior staff is particularly important for craft businesses. Without sufficient skilled workers in the skilled trades, it will not be possible to implement the energy transition in practice. We therefore offer our young talents modern training at the highest technical level in an industry with a secure future.”, emphasized Managing Director Andreas Müller in his welcoming speech.
This year, the Alois Müller Group is offering 25 young people the chance to start their careers in the following industrial and commercial professions: Plant Mechanic SHK, Electronics Technician for Energy and Building Technology, Mechatronics Technician for Refrigeration and Air Conditioning Technology, Metalworker, Technical System Planner, Industrial Clerk, IT Specialist for System Integration and Management Assistant for Digitalization Management. In addition, five trainees are completing dual studies in plant mechanics/Biberach model/energy engineering (Bachelor of Engineering), marketing management (Bachelor of Arts) and “Wirtschaftsinformatik Business Engineering”.
“We want to give our apprentices the best possible start so that they can lay the first important foundation for a successful career,” says Patrick Krattenmacher, head of training at the Alois Müller Group.
