New office quarter MO | 26 in StuttgartThe 15,000 m² office quarter MO | 26 is currently under construction in Stuttgart-Weilimdorf. The new building comprises 5 floors with large roof terraces and green inner courtyards. The innovative office building is characterized, among other things, by its modern and smart building technology and will later enable modern working thanks to the efficient and highly functional design of the office spaces. We are glad to be part of the project and to realize the delivery and installation of the trades heating, ventilation, sanitary and cooling. In the process, 2,800 m² of ventilation ducts and fittings, as well as over 2 kilometers of spiral ductwork, will come from our Green Factory in Ungerhausen.
