Start of training at the Alois Müller Group.
The Alois Müller Group extends a warm welcome to the 19 new apprentices who started their careers on September 1.
Full of anticipation and motivation, the trainees started their new phase of life at the Alois Müller Group on their first day of training. For the welcome, the career starters, their parents and the executives of the Alois Müller Group came together for a first meeting at the Green Factory in Ungerhausen. Afterwards, the trainees and their parents were given a tour of the Green Factory. There, in the first few weeks, the junior employees are taught sound fundamentals and valuable basic knowledge in the training workshop and the training center. Complex tasks can thus be mastered successfully at an early stage of training.
“Optimally trained skilled workers with commitment, passion for their profession and team spirit are more in demand than ever! For years, we have therefore placed a special focus on training our junior staff. We offer our young talents modern training at the highest technical level in an industry with a secure future,” emphasized Managing Director Andreas Müller in his welcoming speech.
This year, the Alois Müller Group is offering 19 young people the chance to start their careers in the following industrial and commercial professions: Plant Mechanic SHK, Electronics Technician for Energy and Building Technology, Technical System Planner, Industrial Clerk and Dual Studies in the degree program “Energy and Environmental Technology”.
“Every year it is exciting anew to welcome our junior staff. Today is the start of a new phase in their lives. We as a company are very proud to accompany our trainees on this path and want to make them as fit as possible for the future,” says Patrick Krattenmacher, Training Manager of the Alois Müller Group.
