Congratulations Melanie Zink! The 22-year-old from Memmingen was able to pass the journeyman’s examination as a plant mechanic for sanitary, heating and air conditioning technology as the best of the guild Memmingen-Mindelheim and has received an invitation to the performance competition of the German handicraft of the Chamber of Crafts Swabia.
“Melanie has mastered her 3.5-year apprenticeship in an aspiring and modern profession with an overall grade of 2.0 and thus completed it as the best of the guild. She can be more than proud of that”, points out Managing Director Andreas Müller. “We can already foresee that we will need considerably more qualified employees in the coming years. That is why we are already taking precautions now: Because we consider it very important to train our qualified staff from our own junior staff if possible. Anyone who is committed can climb the career ladder relatively quickly and rely on the necessary support,” Müller continues.
Melanie Zink can now prove her craftsmanship at the Swabian Chamber of Crafts in Augsburg in the practical performance evaluation. We wish her a successful course and keep our fingers crossed.
